Foundation learning is one of the key pillars of a nation’s development; yet nearly 250 million children worldwide lack access to it.
Only 24% of Class 3 & 20% of Class 5 children have the ability to apply simple numerical concepts.
why we care ?
Quality education is not a privilege but a necessity. As the architects of foundational learning, we care to eliminate educational disparities by ensuring that every child between 2.5 and 8 years of age has universal access to quality and inclusive Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). We are committed to creating profound social impact by transforming foundational education in India.
why we exist ?
Across India, millions of children are deprived of quality foundational education due to financial constraints and a lack of resources. Nationwide, there are more than 200,000 vacancies for ECCE educators. The drastic impact of these issues perpetuates the educational inequality and underachievement.
We exist to solve these issues through well-defined early-stage interventions at the foundational level. Our efforts encompass improving learning infrastructure and advancing the teaching-learning process in Anganwadi centers and government primary and middle schools by involving all stakeholders – educators, sponsors, government agencies, parents, communities, and society at large.
our programmes
Our programmes build a solid educational foundation at the earliest stages, not only changing the trajectory of individual lives but also contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the communities we serve, ensuring a sustainable and scalable impact.

TeacHER Education & Training Programme (TETP)
Empowering women to enhance early childhood education, building capacity and capability for the nation
The demand for early childhood educators is as apparent as the immense need for high-quality foundational education in India. Unfortunately, inadequate training, low pay and poor working conditions have deterred qualified women from entering this critical field, resulting in significant shortages of ECCE educators in Anganwadi centers and the pre-primary sections of government schools.
Our TETP aims to improve early childhood education by identifying and training deserving women and providing them with dignified career opportunities and fostering growth in the field. It is a comprehensive international training programme designed to develop skilled early childhood educators, secure employment, and ensure fair wages through corporate sponsorships and donors.Â
our impact
The qualitative impact of AETP and TETP underscores empowerment and social change.
- School dropouts are decreasing, and attendance and enrolment are on the rise.
- More Parents are choosing our schools for their children's education.
